1. Refund Requests Initiated by Clients Without Stating a Reason
- Full Refund Window (within 4 hours): 100% refund if cancellation is requested via email within 4 hours of payment. No refund after this window.
- Post Assignment to Professionals: Once assigned to a professional, the order becomes non-refundable.
- No Response from Client: No refund if we do not hear from you for more than 7 days.
- Consultant Disputes: Kraftwiz Legal LLP is not liable for disputes between client and assigned professionals.
- Client Obligations: Submit all required documents within 15 days. Failure results in closure without refund.
Note: Legal advice and man-hours are chargeable even if the order is not completed due to client-side issues.
2. Refund Due to Inability of Assigned Professional
- Regulatory or Government Changes: No refund if law/regulations change and you become ineligible.
- Lack of Expertise/Refusal by Professional: We will try to reassign. If unsuccessful in 30 days, you may request a refund.
- Government Rejection Not Covered: No refund for rejection due to client-side faults.
- Regulatory Delays: Delays by authorities do not qualify for refunds.
3. Refunds Due to Verified Non-Performance by Consultant
- A written declaration from the consultant is required.
- Kraftwiz will verify the claim before approving any refund.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds will be made only to the original payment source.
- Processing time: 30–60 business days after approval.
- No refunds to third parties.
5. Escalation Matrix
- Level 1: Contact the assigned professional with a CC to support@kraftwiz.com. Response within 7 working days.
- Level 2: Escalate to support@kraftwiz.com if unsatisfied. Final decision by Grievance Redressal Officer.
6. Additional Terms
- Payment implies acceptance of this policy and our platform terms.
- You must not be an unauthorized agent using the platform.
- We may cancel orders with no refund in case of fraud or policy violation.
- We may update this policy without prior notice. Please review periodically.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
